12 points for Lena?
While visiting Garzweiler II, a vast hole in the ground resulting of coal mining, I found this:
I guess the workers scraped the letters in the soil to support Lena. She’s a singer and will be on stage in Duesseldorf this evening. The final of Eurovision Song Contest will take place. 25 competitor will fight against each other to win the competition. 43 nations started in the competition and 20 nations are already quit during the two semi-finals.
croak, croak
yeah, it’s spring time. Frogs and toads are awake and back in the ponds looking for a sexual partner. Enjoy the sound!!
Fox the fox
recently I got the opportunity to take some photos of a young, lost fox now living at a rescue center until being old enough to be released into the wild.
The first time …
… I saw a living May beetle, today.
Nowadays they are rare here, but millions of them were killed in the past because the grubs are vermin and even the female beetles are able to eat all leaves in a forest during their few weeks of life as a beetle.
