This is my photo for Leanne Cole’s Monochrome Madness this week.
For this week Leanne asked for a themed post again: fence
Usually fences are meant to depart properties or hinder livestock to leave the ranchers property without permission. Fences also give structures and mark paths.
Although, we’re on our way to summer, I picked a very winterly photo taken a few years ago.
As you can see, I have attached two different edits. So, I’d like to hear, which one you like most.
Take care!
I like the way you edited the second one.
Thanks, Amy.
I like both of them and I have had a hard time, to decide which one to choose for MMC. But, finally I did it. 🙂 Nevertheless, I’m still curious for getting other opinions, like yours.
It seems so desolate and cold. Perhaps a good beginning for a story or poem? 😉 Léa
Thanks, Léa.
Feel free, to write one. My own english skills are sufficient only for an essay. 😦
I like the second one best!
thanks for your vote, Fatima!
Both are beautiful but I personally prefer the first one.
Thanks for you vote, Alina!
What a difficult choice! I prefer the first one, but only just – I like the crispness of the bushes and trees against the snow.
Thanks for your vote, Lisa!
I think the nostalgic second image just edges as my favourite ! Lovely edit . Timeless .
Thanks, poppytumb!
Both are gorgeous evoking very different moods. I like the second image better as it evokes a dreamlike, things of time past sort of feeling.
Thanks you very much, Lisa!
I prefer the first one. The colors and tone create a wintery world for me, but they are both quite nice.
Thanks, spenkunas!
Makes you just want to run over there and leap into the soft snow… 🙂
