  1. I just compared the weather from home to Reykjavik. There is only a very small difference in temp and a lot more sun there.

    1. yeah – it’s definitely too cold for this time of the year. In the morning we start currently with 6-10°C instead of 16-20°C. The sky is overcasted and covered with thick, gray clouds. Ok, the cold is a recurring weather phenomena called icy hollows in mid may and sheep’s cold in June. But this year we can count the nice days on only one hand. Weather is currently more like fall than spring and pre-summer 😦
      Many people get in health problems for these weather and temperature jumps: today 30°C, 36°C and a thunderstorm tomorrow and than only 15-20°C for the next weeks – only for the next jump to 30°C. I guess, less people ‘d complain, when the temperature would stay at a high level, so that the peoples bodies could get used to it. But, these jumps are annoying and exhausting.
      Also, you can’t plan a garden party or other events outside this year.
