Maybe something by Edgar Allan Poe or Stephen King? At least, there are not so many people trying to disturb the silence. I know that. I used to live next to a cemetery for a few years.

yes, reading opens your mind and you have to use your imagination to re-create the world, the author has had in mind while writing the book (essay or whatever kind of literature you might think of).
